The current global pandemic derailed plans for our annual Cowboy Carnival, but our mission doesn’t stop even in the face of a pandemic. We are thrilled to be able to host an appropriately socially distant event – we will be kicking off the 2020 season at Hoof and Harness with our third annual fundraiser – Cowboy Cruise-Thru! In conjunction with Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial, H&H is excited to present a socially distant farm experience Saturday, May 2, 2020, at their facility located at 470 Judson Road, Strawberry Plains, TN 37871.
We are hosting a drop-in “Cowboy Cruise-Thru” – lunch and drive-thru between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. This event will be safe and socially distant. You will be able to drive through our facility, enjoy a change of scenery, see the animals and receive a boxed lunch – all while staying safe in your vehicle!
UPDATE: Tickets for the event are sold out! Thank you for your generosity! We look forward to seeing everyone who has purchased tickets.
The cost for the event is $10.00 per person, with a $40.00 maximum per family. Tickets must be purchased online before the event (in order to keep everyone safe, there will be no ticket sales at the gate). All proceeds from event sales go directly to fund H&H operating expenses. Plus, MODERN WOODMEN FRATERNAL FINANCIAL, will be providing a matching grant.
Should you wish to donate above and beyond the ticket amount for the fundraiser (we are in special need of both one-time and monthly contributions), you may do so on our donate page. Thank you!
